'Halved and sautéed in bacon fat. Mixed with a small scoop of mayo, parmesan cheese, and Tajin. It's very similar to elote.

Amy Reimer CeganI roast the Brussels sprouts first with olive oil, salt and pepper. About 20 minutes at 425. While those are cooking I caramelize onions with a little brown sugar then I throw cut up pieces of bacon about a half a pound. When Brussels sprouts are done I mix everything together!
