Brussels sprout Ideas


  • Laurie Lialin on a sheet pan, cook bacon (400 for 17 mins) remove bacon - leave grease and add chopped onion, chopped Granny Smith apple and halved Brussel sprouts - cook for 20-25 mins - remove, add chopped bacon, a little apple cider vinegar and flaked sea salt.

  • Melissa Bero Cummings Sautéed with TraderJoe’s chicken apple sausage and sweet potato gnocchi!! And maybe some bacon.

  • Sara Mayo Trimmed, make a glaze of honey, whole ground mustard, ground pepper, toss the sprouts bake until crispy on edges. Toss with a little feta cheese when they come out of the oven

All combinations are delicious, but one of my particular favorites also includes onion, sweet potato, and goat cheese crumbles.

  • 'Halved and sautéed in bacon fat. Mixed with a small scoop of mayo, parmesan cheese, and Tajin. It's very similar to elote.

  • Amy Reimer CeganI roast the Brussels sprouts first with olive oil, salt and pepper. About 20 minutes at 425. While those are cooking I caramelize onions with a little brown sugar then I throw cut up pieces of bacon about a half a pound. When Brussels sprouts are done I mix everything together!
